We9re looking for a strategic, hands-on Talent Acquisition professional to lead full-cycle hiring across the U.S., partnering closely with business leaders to deliver high-impact talent solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment, brings creativity to sourcing, and is passionate about delivering exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences.

What you9ll do
  • Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across the U.S., from proactive sourcing through offer and pre-boarding, partnering closely with hiring managers and People Team stakeholders.
  • Attract and hire diverse, high-quality talent across all levels - from internships and fixed-term contracts to senior and executive roles - with a strong focus on quality, speed, and candidate experience.
  • Partner with business leaders through regular intake and alignment meetings to translate business priorities into effective sourcing strategies.
  • Deliver a consistently high-quality experience for both candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Design and execute creative, out-of-the-box sourcing strategies leveraging platforms, tools, and internal networks, with the goal of reducing agency reliance.
  • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines to support short-term hiring needs, long-term growth, and succession planning.
  • Use data and analytics to guide hiring decisions, identify improvement opportunities, and continuously optimize recruitment outcomes.
  • Provide talent market insights, competitor intelligence, and best-practice guidance to business leaders and People teams.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the business, ensuring hiring strategies support broader business objectives and long-term success.
  • Stay closely connected to ASM9s industry landscape, products, and strategic priorities to tailor recruitment approaches accordingly.
  • Contribute to global TA initiatives and employer branding activities.
  • Leverage ASM9s investment in modern recruitment tools and technologies to work efficiently and at scale.

  • Hold a Bachelor9s or Master9s degree and bring 10+ years of full-cycle, in-house talent acquisition experience, ideally within the semiconductor industry in the U.S.
  • Have a strong track record of directly sourcing and hiring across all levels, including senior and executive roles.
  • Are a confident stakeholder partner with excellent communication and influencing skills.
