Job Title:

Senior Specialist, Strategic Sourcing Program Analyst

Job Description:

The Role:

Our site inRound Rock, Texasis seeking aStrategic Sourcing Program Analystto join our team. This role sits within the Global Procurement – Strategic Programs team, which drives enterprise-wide supplier governance, risk management, and business intelligence initiatives for direct materials. You will serve as a key enabler of data-driven decision-making, while also designing, standardizing, and scaling procurement processes and programs that drive consistency, efficiency, and continuous improvement across commodity management activities.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design, document, and standardize end-to-end procurement and commodity management processes, translating day-to-day activities into scalable, repeatable workflows (playbooks, SOPs, governance models) that improve consistency, efficiency, and auditability across the organization.

  • Drive strategic sourcing program execution and continuous improvement, establishing structured governance, standard work, and performance tracking across initiatives — ensuring commodity teams operate with clear processes, defined milestones, and measurable outcomes.

  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholder engagement with Quality, Legal, IT, Finance, and regional procurement teams while identifying process gaps and driving cross-functional improvements to strengthen execution and reduce friction points.

  • Develop and deliver internal communications, training programs, and onboarding materials — including newsletters, training guides, video tutorials, and structured curricula — to support knowledge transfer, process adoption, and new team member readiness across a globally distributed procurement organization.

  • Build, maintain, and enhance business intelligence dashboards (Power BI) that consolidate supplier performance metrics, lead time tracking, contract visibility, payment terms, single/sole source risk, and category strategy progress into a centralized “one-stop” analytics platform for commodity managers and leadership.

  • Manage the end-to-end supplier risk assessment and mitigation lifecycle, including coordinating annual supplier risk ratings, maintaining the Supplier Risk Mitigation Workbook, developing risk mitigation plans (RMPs), and reporting risk exposure roll-ups by commodity, supplier, and business unit for executive review.

  • Design, deploy, and optimize AI-powered tools and automation workflows (e.g., Copilot Studio agents, Power Automate flows, SharePoint integrations) that not only streamline reporting, but embed standardized processes into daily operations and reduce manual, non-value-added activities.

  • Lead supplier data governance and process discipline, ensuring alignment between systems, reporting structures, and operational workflows — enabling consistent execution of commodity management activities across regions and teams.

What We Seek:

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or a related field.

  • 2-5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, strategic sourcing, or program/project management — preferably in a semiconductor, advanced materials, or high-tech manufacturing environment.

  • Advanced Microsoft 365 skills, including Excel, SharePoint, Power Automate/workflow automation, and PowerPoint (executive-ready presentations).

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power BI with demonstrated ability to build, publish, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports from multiple data sources (SAP, Ariba, SharePoint, Excel).

  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to drive accountability across cross-functional teams.

  • Experience in process design, continuous improvement, or program development, with the ability to translate ambiguous activities into structured, scalable workflows.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into concise executive summaries, slide decks, and newsletters tailored for diverse audiences — from commodity managers to senior leadership.

  • Analytical mindset with strong data governance instincts — comfortable working with large datasets, identifying inconsistencies, and ensuring data integrity across interconnected systems and reports.

OutstandingCandidatesWillHave:

  • Experience in change management and process adoption strategies — including stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and structured rollouts that drive sustained behavioral change across distributed teams.

  • Experience with AI/ML tools and agent development — particularly Microsoft Copilot agents, or similar platforms — for automating intelligence workflows and building conversational business tools.

  • Familiarity with SAP procurement modules (purchase orders, vendor master, payment terms) and SAP Ariba (contract management, sourcing).

  • Background in supplier segmentation, tiering, and supplier partnership programs — including scorecard design, performance benchmarking, and supplier development planning.

  • Knowledge ofEtQor similar quality management systems for document control, procedure management, and compliance workflows.
