Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in SRE, Production Support, or DevOps environments
• Strong familiarity with Linux/Unix systems
• Proficient with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Expertise in containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
• Solid understanding of monitoring tools including Grafana and Prometheus
• Strong troubleshooting and incident management capabilities
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or Ansible
• Programming skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable, fault-tolerant systems
• Implement and manage monitoring and observability tools
• Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and postmortems
• Automate operational tasks using scripting tools
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to enhance reliability
• Promote the adoption of SRE practices such as SLIs and SLOs
