Senior Specialist- Production Services

We9re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist to join our Production Services Payments Enablement team. This role is located in PGH

In this role, you9ll make an impact in the following ways:
  • This position is responsible for supporting critical financial systems and interfaces that enable secure, accurate, and timely processing of transactions and message flows across internal platforms and external financial networks.
  • The role focuses on monitoring and supporting a suite of business-critical applications, ensuring the reliable routing, translation, and processing of financial messages and transactions.
  • The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining system stability, resolving production issues, and coordinating across teams to support operational excellence.

To be successful in this role, we9re seeking the following:
  • Bachelor9s degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required. 4-6 years of experience in applications support or production environment required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
  • Strong experience supporting Linux-based production environments
  • Experience with AWS infrastructure, services, and cloud-based operational support
  • Working knowledge of mainframe systems and integration with distributed platforms
  • Experience in production support, incident management, and root cause analysis
  • Familiarity with high-availability transaction processing or messaging environments
  • Strong understanding of application deployments, change management, and implementation support
  • Ability to manage risk, prioritize issues, and work effectively in high-pressure production environments
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams and locations

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
