Senior Specialist, Production Services Application Support Analyst

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist, Production Services Application Support Analyst to join our team. This role is located in Berwyn, PA.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Perform moderate to complex troubleshooting as a subject matter expert in one or more applications.
  • Maintain and support applications and their operating environments.
  • Respond to alerts, perform root cause analysis, and use procedures and documentation for issue resolution.
  • Ensure appropriate monitoring and alerting setup, monitor applications, and respond to incidents Lead or partner with other team members on analyzing moderate to complex issues.
  • Perform ongoing health checks and validations after changes or significant incidents.
  • Provide input and recommendations for technical solutions on application problems.
  • Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting for more complex issues and escalate to second level application or infrastructure support when necessary.
  • Design and implement automation for manual processes.
  • Mentor or provide guidance for junior team members.
  • Partner with quality assurance, development, and business teams to support client needs.
  • Contribute to the achievement of related teams' objectives.
