Full Job Description
Work Schedule: Ally designates roles as (1) fully on-site, (2) hybrid, or (3) fully remote. Hybrid roles are generally expected to be in the office a certain number of days per week as indicated by your manager. Your hiring manager will discuss this role's specific work requirements with you during the hiring process. All work requirements are subject to change at any time based on leader discretion and/or business need.

The Opportunity
The Content Creator is a hands-on multimedia producer responsible for taking ideas from concept through production and post-production. This is an end-to-end creative role for someone who can independently plan, capture, edit, and deliver compelling visual content across a range of formats and channels.

Working within Ally's Content Studio, you'll help bring the team's creative vision to life through high-quality photography, video, motion, audio, and digital content. You'll collaborate closely with the Head of Content Studio, creative partners, marketers, communicators, and business stakeholders to create work that is strategically aligned, visually engaging, and production-ready.

This role is built for a maker. Someone equally comfortable behind a camera, in an editing timeline, on a shoot, or developing the best approach to tell a story. While video production is a primary focus, projects can span social content, executive communications, brand storytelling, event coverage, photography, interviews, motion graphics, and emerging content formats.
