Job Summary and MissionThe eCommerce Sr. Specialist is a key contributor on the cross-functional eCommerce team. The team's purpose is to accelerate NWPB eCommerce growth and share by identifying and executing strategic opportunities with customers across retail and digital commerce channels. The eCommerce Sr. Specialist will support this objective through a deep understanding of the digital landscape, including assortment, pricing, promotional activity, share of search, digital media, and digital shopper marketing. This role will leverage data, analytics, and shopper insights to identify growth opportunities, lead key workstreams, and develop strategies that drive conversion, strengthen brand presence, and enable NWPB to win online.
Summary of Key ResponsibilitiesInsights and Analytics- Proactively leverage data and insights to understand the Online category landscape, identify business drivers and provide solution recommendations
- Be a subject matter expert for all Omni data and insight capabilities, knowing how to leverage each to their fullest extent to answer key business questions
- Collaborate with field teams and broader NUSA to ensure Online data and reporting accuracy
- Size eCommerce category opportunities and initiatives to prioritize and roadmap strategy
- Regularly measure and report category share results/gaps and provide recommendations
- Develop process for post-analytics to quantify and prioritize eCommerce strategies
- Focus on continuous improvement in how we assess and understand the digital landscape
Cross-Functional Engagement- Identify and lead cross-functional workstreams across assortment, pricing, paid media, digital shopper marketing, content, and retail media.
- Regularly partner with Field, Brand, Commercial Development, and Digital Media teams to assess online performance, identify business needs, and surface opportunities to strengthen the eCommerce strategic roadmap.
- Collaborate with field teams on strategic projects, customer presentations, and digital commerce initiatives, enabling NWPB to build credibility and influence as the authority in eCommerce, digital shopper marketing, and omnichannel retail.
Forward-Looking Strategy- Gather industry eCommerce best practices and benchmark NWPB to other leading CPGs
- Stay connected with NUSA eCommerce counterparts to share learnings
- Stay attune to new capabilities in-market to flag competitive edge opportunities
- Collaborate with Market Analytics to plan and deliver shopper insights projects
Qualification/Certifications- University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and minimum 3 years of related work experience
- Category management or business analytics role preferred
- eCommerce experience preferred
- Strong technical skills and expertise with analytics
- Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Analytical experience with Circana, Stackline and/or other syndicated data

The approximate pay range for this position is $98,000 - $135,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
