Job Description

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist, Client Successto join our Core Clearing Platformteam. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL.

In this role, the selected individuals will have a significant impact in various ways, including:
  • Analyzing user stories and/or use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility.
  • Executing all levels of testing, including System, Integration, and Regression.
  • Designing and developing automation scripts when needed.
  • Detecting and tracking software defects and inconsistencies.
  • Developing software documentation and conducting software testing.
  • Applying quality engineering principles throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Providing support and documentation.
  • Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Working in a team setting with IT professionals and client-facing specialists, communicating daily among the team.
  • Developing testing plan scenarios for complex unit, process, function, integration, regression, and acceptance testing.
  • Assisting in identifying and establishing goals for appropriate testing cycles and defining and managing software test environments, test standards, and quality assurance tasks.
  • Analyzing system requirements and design documents to develop detailed test cases, scenarios, and scripts to ensure application quality.
  • Collaborating with PMO, Development, and Business teams to remediate defects and provide triage support on internal and external issues.


To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required; advanced or graduate degree preferred.
  • 4-5 years of total work experience preferred.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award.
