Experience in Operations, Business Analysis, or Technology preferred.

Understanding of Global Custody Business and SWIFT messaging is an asset.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
Performing User Acceptance and integration Testing (UAT): You perform functional and regression testing, defect management, support implementation to production, training to stakeholders and post implementation support. You are also the first line of support for UAT issues encountered by team members.
Production support: You are the liaison between technology and business operation groups as a first level of escalation for issues encountered on functional BAU processes or system issues.
Stakeholder in Agile Scrum team's sprints: You provide your expertise during the requirement building (stories) and will enrich and control QA functional testing within sprint cycles.
