Job DescriptionJefferson is seeking
Senior Solutions Architect to support
our growing corporate growth and operations team.This role will be
hybrid, with the ability to travel to offices in the Washington, DC Metro area as well as to client sites. This position requires that applicants reside in the United States and have legal authorization to work in the U.S. Applicants must maintain U.S. residency for the duration of their employment.
The annual salary range for this position is $200,000.00-$275,000.00. The annual salary range is negotiable. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
Responsibilities:
- Working alongside account, capture and bid teams, you will engage customers, develop compelling solution strategies, lead solution development and support major pursuits from early qualification through to contract award.
- Strong ability to independently identify existing service gaps and improvement areas, and drive continual innovation to evolve programs to meet and exceed customer needs.
- Review customer requests for requirements
- Produce architecture artifacts and present designs to both executive leadership and customer technical review boards.
- Drive analysis of alternatives (AoA) to evaluate and recommend technologies against performance, scalability, security, and cost criteria.
- Mentor and grow a high-performing engineering team, fostering technical excellence and leadership development
Required Qualifications:
- Education Requirement. BS in engineering, computer science, information systems, data analytics or similar.
- 15+ Years of experience required, with 5+ Years of experience delivering to a Federal customer strongly preferred.
- 5+ Years Experience designing secure, scalable, and resilient on-premise and cloud-based virtualized infrastructures.
- Active security clearance.
