Gormat is looking for a Solutions Architect with the following capabilities:
- Hands on development experience using agile processes
- Strong familiarity with SAFe scaled agile
- Experience with system engineering life cycle methodologies
- Must have background with cloud technologies
- Keeps abreast of the current cloud development and devsecops cyber trends
- Hands on experience leading a team of skilled engineers, architects, requirements analysts, test engineers, and Cyber practitioners in order to understand their requirements and how to best align activities with Chief Architect Objectives
- Strong inter-personal skills for building relationships across the Enterprise teams
- Working closely with the Chief Architect and their team, understanding and documenting the architecture and specific architectural decisions
- Communicating the architecture and vision to the solution train and agile release engineers through briefings, technical exchange meetings, one-on-one interaction at planning events and Mattermost
- Identify and align development and establish a technology strategy that enables programs to support current and future operational requirements
- Work with program staff to understand technical needs of their programs and how to best provide support and solutions (both existing and innovative)
Education Requirements- Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline from an accredited college or university
- 12+ years of related hands-on experience or Master's degree with 10+ years of related hands-on experience
CertificationsMust Have an ACTIVE TS/SCI With CI Poly.
