Responsibilities- Implement, configure, and develop various components of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, D365 and Power Platform
- Develop analytical and insightful recommendations to meet deliverable targets
- Complete project tasks within budget and to client satisfaction
- Communicate architecture and design with clients, up to CTO/CIO level
- Identifyassignment conflicts or issues and communicate to Engagement Manager
- Contribute to practice growth and development byidentifyingpotential sales opportunities
- Assistin the development of client proposals
- Participate in practice initiatives (i.e. functional/technical analysis, documentation, etc.)
- Promote MNP advisory services through the delivery of presentations,writingarticles,facilitatingworkshopsor participating in community activities
- Develop a thorough understanding of MNP's services,businessesand industry
- Raise awareness of MNP through discussions at community events including client and company sponsored functions
- Network in the local business community and consider business development opportunities
- Contribute to the development ofnew ideasand approachesin order toimprove work processes
- Mentor, motivate and coach team members towards professional and personal development by setting clear expectations, providingfeedbackand addressing performance issues promptly
- Promote regular attendance, balancedlifestyleand high standard of team wellness
- Conduct formal, written annual performance reviews
- Attend internal MNP courses to further develop your technology consulting knowledge
Skills and Experience- Five (5) to ten (10) years of experience implementing CRM or case management solutions in the private or public sector, with three (3) to five (5)years experiencewith Dynamics365 Customer Serviceand Power Platform
- Grantsmanagement, License management, or case managementsolution implementation experience
- Hands-on experience using Azure DevOps, GitHub, and Visual Studio
- Experience in Microsoft ContactCenter (CCAS) an asset
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Field Service, Sales, Customer Insights, or Marketing modules an asset
- Deep knowledge inAgileScrumSoftware Development Life Cycle
- Deep understanding of platform integration patterns and APIs, system integrations, software engineering patterns, development of architectural/high level designs within defined architectural frameworks and software engineering patterns
- Proven experience in designing complex integration of multiple systems
- Experience with project problem diagnosis, solution development, client communications, facilitation of decision making, documentation, managing client expectations and team leadership
- Proven experience across multiple languages and technology stacks (Java, C, C++, C#, Objective C, SQL Server, etc.) is an asset
- Ability to run code reviews and enforce coding best practices is an asset
- Ability to travel throughout Canada up to 20% if needed

This is a current opportunity with an ideal hiring range of between $90,000 and $115,000 depending on skills and experience level.
