Full Job Description
Compensation: $138,600-$175,140 annually. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, job-related knowledge and skills, and other business-related considerations.

Position Status: This position is being recruited in support of a pending Federal contract opportunity. Any offer of employment is contingent upon contract award.

The Senior Solution Architect will serve as the technical authority supporting a Federal Government client by leading enterprise application architecture, Power Platform development, and digital transformation initiatives. This position is responsible for designing scalable, secure, and innovative technology solutions while providing technical leadership across enterprise-wide modernization efforts.

The ideal candidate is an experienced solution architect with a strong background in Microsoft Power Platform, enterprise application development, systems integration, and technical governance within Federal Government environments.

Your Impactful Duties:
  • Serve as the technical lead for enterprise Power Platform initiatives.
  • Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-scale Power Platform solutions.
  • Develop secure, scalable, and maintainable applications, automations, and integrations.
  • Establish governance frameworks, standards, and best practices for Power Platform development.
  • Provide technical leadership throughout the solution lifecycle, from requirements gathering through deployment.
  • Design enterprise application architectures that align with organizational and business objectives.
  • Lead systems integration efforts across enterprise applications and platforms.
  • Collaborate with Government stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Ensure solution designs meet security, scalability, compliance, and performance requirements.
  • Conduct technical reviews, architecture assessments, and solution recommendations.
  • Mentor development teams and provide technical guidance to project staff.
  • Support modernization, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Develop technical documentation, architecture diagrams, implementation plans, and executive briefings.
  • Perform other duties as assigned in support of organizational objectives.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience; OR
  • Master's degree (MA/MS) and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; OR
  • Expert-level technical certification (such as Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (PL-600)) and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Minimum of 3 years supporting Federal Government agencies.
  • Active Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (PL-600) certification.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain all required Government credentials and meet applicable Government security and suitability requirements.
