Job Summary Looking for an experienced Engineering Manager/Technical Lead with 10+ years of experience in Java/Scala application development and team leadership. The role involves leading backend engineering teams, driving product development, managing application enhancements, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in an Agile environment. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 5-10 backend engineers.
• Drive application development and enhancements using Java, Scala, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering best practices.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and support release activities.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, SMEs, and business stakeholders to deliver product features.
• Support cloud-based application development and operations.

Mandatory Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software development and team leadership.
• Strong expertise in Java and/or Scala.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
• Experience in leading application changes, code reviews, and CI/CD processes.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Exposure to cloud services.

Qualification

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $82,082 to 193,440 Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
