You will be responsible for architecting, designing, and leading the development of healthcare applications and integrated processes in a Microsoft Azure environment. Your role will not only focus on coding but also on guiding the team towards innovative solutions and advanced development practices.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES- Lead and mentor junior developers through all phases of software development, from ideation to implementation and support.
- Architect and develop applications and web services capable of handling massive data and high transaction volumes.
- Oversee source control and code review processes, maintaining high standards for code quality and documentation.
- Work closely with project management, operations, and development teams to convert complex requirements into functional architecture and business logic.
- Validate software functionality against functional and technical requirements.
- Assure the highest quality of delivered software products.
- Lead and contribute significantly to product launches and deployment strategies.
- Oversee project timelines, priorities, and deliverables.
- Represent the development team in product and user meetings.
- Assume additional responsibilities and leadership roles as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS - 10+ years' experience in designing, building, and maintaining applications and web services in complex environments.
- Proven experience in leading the architectural design and delivery of enterprise-grade systems.
- Advanced skills in .Net Core, ASP.NET, React, and Web Services (SOAP, REST, XML).
- Proficiency in JSON and experience with front-end frameworks using C# and React.
- Demonstrated experience in developing both LOB Applications and Consumer Websites.
- Expertise in responsive web design and mobile-first development approaches.
- Strong background in Microsoft Azure DevOps and cloud-based solutions.
- In-depth understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in SQL Server 2008 or above.
