Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• Proficiency in managing, configuring and Troubleshooting Avaya communication system
• Develop IVR systems using various technologies, scripting languages (e.g., GVP, GML, CCXML), and APIs.
• Integrate IVR systems with backend databases, CRM systems, and other enterprise applications.

• Monitor and maintain IVR systems to ensure stability and scalability.
• Document IVR designs, callflows, and application implementations.
