SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEERThe company is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to provide SETA support in Hanover, MD.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Design, develop and install software solutions.
- Build high-quality, innovative and fully performing software in compliance with DOD coding standards and technical design.
- Design, modify, develop, write and implement software programming applications.
- Support and/or install software applications/operating systems.
- Participate in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing and certification of software.
QUALIFICATIONS- Minimum of 10 years' experience as a software engineer within the DoD environment (2 years of industry experience may be substituted for 1 year of DoD experience up to 6 years). 1 year of post-secondary education may be substituted for 1 year of experience
- Degree in (Preferred): Master's degree (preferred in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Programming).
SECURITY CLEARANCE• Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance required (CI Poly may be required)
TRAVEL• Some travel may be required.
COMPENSATION Systek determines its wages by many factors, including related experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, certifications, geographic location, contract labor category and wage rates, and organizational requirements. The estimated annual wage range at the time of job posting is $90-$140k, which represents the typical salary range for this position.
