Development and Implementation:- Build complex features across the entire stack
- Implement robust frontend state management solutions
- Design and optimize REST APIs and database queries

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
- Implement security best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack
Team and Process Leadership:- Guide sprint planning and technical discussions
- Mentor and support junior team members
- Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Help establish and maintain development processes
- Drive innovation and adoption of new technologies
Requirements:What we expect you to have:- Deep expertise in full-stack development and architecture
- Expert-level knowledge of React and React Native
- Strong proficiency with C# and .NET Core
- Advanced JavaScript/TypeScript skills
- Extensive experience with SQL and database design
- Experience with cloud services (preferably Azure)
- Strong understanding of API design and REST principles
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies
- Proven track record of leading complex feature implementations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
