Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced .NET Developer with strong expertise in software engineering, system and component architecture, OpenText Intelligent Capture, document capture, ECM, and enterprise content processing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with OpenText Captiva v22.2+, C#/.NET, REST APIs, and cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS. The role requires the ability to translate operator workflows into maintainable technical solutions while collaborating effectively across engineering, operations, and product teams.

Required Qualifications
• 8+ years of software engineering experience with demonstrated ownership of system or component architecture.
• 3+ years of experience with OpenText Intelligent Capture v22.2+.
• Hands-on experience with ScanPlus, Completion, IA Server/CaptureFlows, Image/Classification/Extraction, Documentum export (DFC), eFaxImport, Standard Import, index queues, and Designer/.NET Code.
• 3+ years of experience in document capture, ECM, or enterprise content processing.
• Strong C#/.NET development experience.
• Strong experience developing and integrating REST APIs.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure or AWS.
• Experience with Documentum in production environments is preferred.
• Ability to translate operator workflows into maintainable technical designs.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across engineering, operations, and product teams.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Captiva Designer and IE/IA database configuration.
• Experience with Azure Document Intelligence.
• Experience developing React-based operator interfaces.
• Experience with TWAIN/scanner integration.
• Experience working with regulated-industry retention requirements and financial services document operations.
• Experience with Java/Spring-based ECM adapters.
• Familiarity with Solr, ForgeRock/OAuth2, Grafana, structured logging, and SQL audit stores.
