This is a hands-on role. Every engineer on the team ships code, and opportunities for leadership open up for those who want them. Technology experience matters, but the ability to research, learn, and land on a solution efficiently matters more.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop secure APIs powering the web and mobile applications
• Collaborate closely with a fast-paced, cross-functional development team
• Contribute to DevOps pipelines to improve delivery speed and release quality
• Participate in application architecture and performance discussions, helping shape technical direction

Qualifications

Required:
• 5+ years of Professional IT development experience
• Experience with Node.js, Angular, React, Java or other frontend/backend programming technologies
• Ability to learn, and implement new technologies efficiently
• Ability to think independently while working and communicating your ideas with the team

Nice to have:
• Experience working on large scale applications
• Experience with databases
• Experience with cloud development and architecture using containers
• Experience optimizing and tuning application performance
