Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages.
- 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
Preferred qualifications:- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
- 5 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.
- Experience developing accessible technologies.
- Experience using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or other Cloud services.
About the jobThe Enterprise AI team is responsible for applying AL/ML techniques to Google's own enterprise challenges in the most responsible manner. The team works closely with research as well as enterprise teams to identify opportunities for AI incorporation and application.
In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI and agentic solutions for Google's enterprise functions such as Legal, POps, Finance and beyond. You will also be expected to look for opportunities to factor out reusable AI primitives and contribute towards foundational building blocks to help accelerate the work of other ML engineers in Corporate Engineering.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Responsibilities - Design and implement scalable AI solutions for Google's enterprise functions leveraging our enterprise AI best practices and foundational building blocks.
- Collaborate with ML engineers and leads on developing reusable enterprise AI primitives.
- Drive innovation in AI and agentic solutions that help transform Google's business functions.
- Be a strong partner with Product Management/UX in defining product roadmap and new feature scope.
