DescriptionLocation - Pittsburgh, BostonMore about the role & teamWe are hiring for 3 new Senior Software Engineers with demonstrable DevOps experience due to recent investment.
You'll join a team working on a major transformation of one of our core solutions, moving from a legacy WinForms and Citrix setup to a modern, cloud first architecture on Azure.
This is a hands on engineering role where you'll build new, web based systems from the ground up. You'll work across backend services, APIs and data driven applications, helping shape how the next generation of the platform is designed and delivered.
You'll be joining at a point where the direction is being defined, so there's real scope to influence design decisions, ways of working and the overall architecture.

Applicants must be within a commutable distance (within 2 hours or 80 miles) of one of the listed offices.What skills and experience do I need to succeed?Essential requirements- Experience in a DevOps environment predominantly
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform (essential)
- Experience with C# and backend development
- Experience building web applications (React or similar)
- Hands on experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS also considered)
- Experience working with DevOps practices such as CI/CD and deployment
- Experience designing and building APIs and backend services
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of delivery
- Able to collaborate with product, data and engineering stakeholders
- Experience in financial services or investment data
- Understanding of asset classes such as equities or fixed income and how performance data is structured
- Experience working on data driven systems, analytics or dashboards
- Exposure to AI integrations or LLM based applications
- Experience with modern architecture approaches such as microservices or cloud native design
