Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate is a Senior Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React JS, PostgreSQL, Kafka, enterprise integrations, cloud technologies, and Agile delivery methodologies. The individual should be capable of leading technical implementation efforts, mentoring development teams, driving architectural discussions, and confidently engaging with clients and business stakeholders to deliver business-critical enterprise solutions. The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is:$73,150 to $174,000 Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
