Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated AI Developer with strong 'vibe coding' capabilities who can rapidly transform ideas into production-ready solutions using modern AI-assisted development tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Ideate, design, and launch innovative products, user experiences, and workflows leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Rapidly prototype, build, and deploy applications using AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude Code, OpenAI, and other natural language-driven development platforms.
- Establish project foundations and architecture, and develop core product features from concept to deployment.
- Design, build, deploy, and integrate AI agents into products with speed, scalability, and agility.
- Implement testing frameworks, perform evaluations, and establish appropriate guardrails to ensure reliability, safety, and performance.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact AI solutions.
- Leverage low-code/no-code platforms alongside traditional development approaches to accelerate solution delivery.
- Integrate external tools, services, and data sources using Model Context Protocol (MCP) and modern agent-tool integration patterns.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience with AI-assisted software development and rapid application prototyping.
- Hands-on experience working with LLMs and agent-based systems.
- Proficiency in designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered applications and workflows.
- Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms and hybrid development environments.
- Experience with MCP, agent frameworks, tool orchestration, and agent integration patterns.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to move quickly from idea to production-ready solutions.
- Understanding of testing, evaluation methodologies, and AI safety/guardrail implementation.
Preferred Qualification
- Experience building and deploying AI agents in production environments.
- Exposure to modern AI development ecosystems, including OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, and related tooling.
- Proven ability to work in fast-paced, innovation-driven environments and deliver solutions rapidly.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $82,082 to 193,440
