We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with a strong frontend focus to help us build high-quality digital experiences for the US market. You will work with product managers, designers, frontend and backend engineers, mobile engineers, data partners, and other technical teams to turn customer needs into simple, scalable, and measurable product experiences.

You will contribute to experiences such as deals discovery, product pages, promotions, cart and checkout improvements, order tracking, and features that help customers feel more confident choosing refurbished technology.

We're looking for versatile engineers who show strong ownership and are motivated to take on new challenges across the technical stack while helping us move our technology forward.

You will be working in an agile "build it and run it" environment where engineering teams build, launch, monitor and support the product that they own.

Driven by the desire to craft outstanding products, you understand how to deliver seamless user experiences at scale.

We are looking for passion in creating systems by producing clean, consistent and well-organised code.

As well as a good team player supporting colleagues and creating a learning and sharing environment!

What will be your next missions?
  • Own frontend features from discovery through production, including technical design, implementation, testing, rollout, monitoring, and iteration.
  • Design and implement responsive, accessible, and reliable web experiences using JavaScript, TypeScript, Vue 3, and Nuxt 3.
  • Build server-side-rendered experiences and consider browser behavior, network performance, caching, hydration, and resilience.
  • Develop reusable interfaces with component libraries and established design patterns.
  • Improve web performance, accessibility, internationalization, and overall frontend quality.
  • Translate customer insights into product experiences that make refurbished technology easier to discover, compare, and purchase.
  • Support experimentation through feature flags, instrumentation, controlled rollouts, and data-informed iteration.
  • Partner with backend engineers to define clear API contracts and integrate services built with Python and Go.
  • Contribute targeted backend changes when needed to deliver complete, end-to-end features.
  • Use product analytics and observability data to understand customer behavior, identify issues, and guide improvements.
  • Write and maintain unit, integration, end-to-end, visual regression, and accessibility tests as appropriate.
  • Deliver high-quality, non-disruptive releases and take ownership of quality and customer experience improvements.
  • Participate in incident response and an on-call rotation as appropriate for the role.
  • Write clear, maintainable code and provide thoughtful code reviews that improve quality across the team.
  • Share knowledge through documentation and technical discussions.
