You will get to
- Architect, develop, and maintain full stack web applications and services, spanning modern front-end frameworks and scalable back-end APIs and data stores.
- Lead design and implementation of complex features from concept through deployment, ensuring performance, reliability, security, and maintainability.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, data, and adjacent engineering teams to refine requirements, break down work, and deliver high-impact solutions iteratively.
- Establish and advocate for engineering best practices in code quality, testing, observability, CI/CD, and incident response, and model these standards in day-to-day work.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to other engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and pairing, helping elevate overall team capability.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize production systems, using data and diagnostics to improve system health, user experience, and operational efficiency.
