The Position: As a member of ISN's Product Development team, the Senior Software Developer will be developing front end web pages and behind-the-scenes database of ISNetworld.
Who should apply?- 6+ years of experience in developing cloud-native applications and API development using .NET and .NET Core
- 3+ years of experience in .NET Core/.NET 5
- 2+ years of experience in Azure Cloud platform
- Experience within enterprise-level clients, preferably in the SaaS industry
- Experience in implementing RESTful webservices and SOAP services in cloud
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field from an accredited university
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:- Scale applications, make architectural trade-offs applying synchronous and asynchronous design patterns, write code, and deliver with speediness and quality
- Produce high quality software that is unit tested, code reviewed, and checked in regularly
- Develop and design database objects, such as tables, stored procedures, functions, etc
- Strong understanding of Cloud computing concepts and technologies, such as IaaS/SaaS/PaaS, load balancing
- Desire to assume increasing levels of leadership responsibility
- Effectively leverage approved AI-powered tools and automation to enhance productivity across daily work activities and applicable Software Development Life Cycle elements -such as requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and /or operations.

- Employees must be within a commutable distance to the Dallas, TX office. Relocation is required for candidates not already local to the DFW area.
- In-person attendance is required at minimum 2 days per week during the first 90 days of employment.
- After 90-day review, in-person attendance is required at minimum 1 day per month and required for certain meetings and tasks (collaboration with stakeholders and customers, team collaboration day, ISN events, team events, performance reviews, etc.).
