Key Responsibilities Service Area Oversight
  • Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight for all Ricoh-managed service areas, including:
    • Mailroom
    • Shipping & Receiving
    • Facilities Production Coordination
    • Employee Experience
    • Facilities Assistance
    • Events Coordination
  • Ensure services are delivered consistently, efficiently, and in alignment with client expectations and established service standards.
Employee Experience Support
  • Support Employee Experience activities and initiatives, including:
    • Receiving and managing incoming inventory
    • Coordinating game orders and game launches
    • Supporting special projects, requests, and other operational requirements
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure activities are completed accurately and within required timelines.
Team Leadership & Development
  • Provide leadership and oversight to Ricoh team members across assigned service areas.
  • Ensure employees receive the appropriate training, tools, and support required to perform their roles successfully.
  • Coach and develop team members, providing ongoing feedback and identifying opportunities for professional growth.
  • Promote a positive, collaborative, accountable, and customer-focused team environment.
Client & Facilities Partnership
  • Partner closely with the Senior Facilities Supervisor to:
    • Meet or exceed established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
    • Identify and implement opportunities for operational efficiencies and cost savings.
    • Support new business initiatives and evolving client requirements.
    • Continuously assess service delivery and recommend opportunities to enhance the client and employee experience.
Reporting & Operational Responsibilities
  • Prepare and provide a monthly management report to the client, including financial statistics, variances, monthly trends, and year-over-year sales comparisons.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for external vendors, contractors, and subcontractors, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
  • Act as Project Manager for Facilities-related projects as assigned by the Senior Facilities Supervisor, ensuring deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder expectations are effectively managed.
  • Provide support to other Ricoh service areas as business needs require.
  • Proactively identify operational challenges and recommend practical solutions to support continuous improvement.
