Senior Signal Integrity Engineer - PCB / Test BoardsLocation: Nashua, NHPosition SummaryThe Senior Signal Integrity Engineer will be responsible for owning, developing, and supporting signal integrity (SI) test boards and customer-facing SI activities for high-speed interconnect and cable products. This role serves as a key technical interface between customers, internal SI teams, PCB vendors, and product engineering, ensuring SI solutions meet both performance and schedule requirements.
Key ResponsibilitiesSI Test Board Ownership & Lifecycle Management- Own assigned SI test boards and PCB assets, including revision control, availability, and usage guidance.
- Maintain and update SI board inventory tracking and documentation.
- Coordinate PCB reorders, Gerber updates, and PO support with internal teams and external vendors.
- Support urgent build prioritization and resolve schedule or supply constraints.
Customer-Facing SI Support- Act as a primary SI technical contact for strategic customers.
- Support customer requests related to padstack optimization, footprint review, and stackup alignment.
- Participate in customer meetings to present SI progress and explain technical tradeoffs.
SI Analysis, Measurement & Reporting- Perform and support SI measurements, including VNA, TDR, and S-parameters.
- Generate customer-ready technical reports and presentations.
- Review customer PCB layouts and CAD files for SI compliance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration• Work with global SI, layout, product, and manufacturing teams.
• Interface with PCB fabrication vendors to resolve technical issues.
Required Qualifications • Ph.D. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).

Strong background in high-speed signal integrity for connectors, cables, and PCBs.• Hands-on experience with SI measurements (VNA, TDR, S-parameters).• Experience reviewing PCB layouts, padstacks, vias, and stackups.• Strong customer-facing communication skills.Preferred Qualifications• Experience supporting SI test boards for hyperscale or networking customers.
• Familiarity with Allegro or similar PCB design tools.
• Experience working across global engineering and manufacturing teams.
