Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow QA/Test Lead to lead testing efforts for ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) projects and enhancements. This role will be responsible for developing test strategies, coordinating testing activities, managing defects, and ensuring release readiness across multiple business units and stakeholder groups. The position is 100% remote, Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, with an initial contract through the end of 2026 and possible extensions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead testing efforts for ServiceNow SPM projects and enhancements.
• Develop test strategies, test plans, test cases, and execution schedules.
• Coordinate testing activities across multiple business units and stakeholder groups.
• Execute functional, integration, regression, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Manage defect tracking, triage, and validation.
• Support release readiness and post-deployment validation activities.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, Project Managers, and business stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
• 5+ years of software testing and quality assurance experience.
• 2+ years serving as a Test Lead or QA Lead.
• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience in testing, administration, implementation, or development roles.
• Experience testing ServiceNow solutions beyond an end-user capacity.
• Strong experience with test planning, regression testing, integration testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), including Project Portfolio Management, Demand Management, Resource Management, Financial Management, Project Workspace, and Time Management.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• Experience developing and maintaining Automated Test Framework (ATF) test suites.
• Experience supporting ServiceNow upgrades and large-scale platform implementations.
