Role Overview:We are seeking a senior ServiceNow Platform Architect to take full ownership of the platform, driving its architectural strategy and delivering solutions that are scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives. This role demands deep expertise in HRSD, ITSM, portal technologies, and integrations, coupled with strong engagement skills for interacting with leadership.
Key Responsibilities:- Own the ServiceNow platform strategy, architecture, governance, and roadmap.
- Lead solution architecture across HRSD and ITSM, including Employee Center, Service Portal, and UI Builder.
- Design and govern enterprise integrations utilizing technologies such as REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and CXOs, managing stakeholder expectations effectively.
- Define standards and best practices, ensuring platform performance and security.
- Mentor architects and developers, fostering technical excellence within the team.
Required Skills:- ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request management)
- HRSD (Case Management, Lifecycle Events, Employee Center)
- Service Portal / UI Builder
- CMDB, CSDM
- Flow Designer, JavaScript scripting, ACLs, performance tuning
- Integration: REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, SSO, LDAP, OAuth
Qualifications:- CTA (Certified Technical Architect) - MUST HAVE
- CIS-HRSD (Certified Implementation Specialist - HRSD) - MUST HAVE
- Proven end-to-end platform ownership experience.
- Strong enterprise architecture mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to drive strategic decisions and roadmap planning.
- 8-10 years of experience.
