Full Job Description
As a Senior ServiceNow Development, you will be the go-to expert for designing and delivering ServiceNow solutions that keep our systems running smoothly and securely. You'll work at the intersection of technology and business, turning complex challenges into streamlined processes that enhance efficiency and user experience. What You'll Do
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions that align with business objectives and ITIL best practices.
  • Partner with business analysts, process owners, and IT teams to deliver high-quality applications and workflows.
  • Analyze requirements, configure and develop new and existing applications, and create custom UI pages, widgets, and automation.
  • Build and manage Service Catalogs, maintain accurate CMDB data for IT infrastructure visibility, and implement IT Operations Management solutions across ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, CSM, SPM, SAM, etc.
  • Create and maintain custom applications, UI pages, widgets, and workflows, as well as Service Catalog, Fulfillment, and Self-Service portals.
  • Monitor platform health, troubleshoot issues, and optimize ServiceNow performance while ensuring security and compliance.
  • Contribute to and maintain technical documentation and support testing plans to resolve bugs and ensure application quality.
  • Provide technical mentorship to junior developers and foster continuous improvement across the team.
  • Implement SecOps modules, automate IT operations using AIOps and monitoring integration, and collaborate to deliver solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices to drive innovation and operational excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards while aligning work with organizational goals.


What You'll Bring - Required
  • Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
  • Associates/Trade Certificate/Diploma in a relevant discipline
  • 6 or more years of IT experience working with ServiceNow in configuration, scripting, and development, including ITSM, ITIL, ITOM, GRC, and Service Mapping
  • 1 or more years of supervisory or mentoring experience
  • Intermediate proficiency working in ITIL frameworks, automation, and cloud environments (AWS and Azure)

Compensation Range

This position has a base salary range of $140,400 - $171,600.
