Job Description:

SOFTWARE DEVELOPER SENIOR

This position will work primarily developing solutions as part of Development team working in an Agile format. This position will be responsible for taking customer requirements, developing solutions within ServiceNow. This can include any development for ITSM or any custom application related requirements.

This person should have a good understanding of Agile, ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, Platform, SAM, HAM, App Engine, SPM, and APM

Person should be proficient in developing code using JavaScript, and Portal development using HTML/CSS, Angular JS, Jelly/XML.

As a Software Developer Senior, the work you'll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of DHS customer. You will play a crucial role in in the following areas:
• Lead/Manage/Support
• Lead/Manage/Support ITSM Development Team
• Collaborate with multiple development groups to deploy updates and troubleshoot issues related to the ServiceNow Platform
• Drive outcomes and work with development teams to innovate, resolve challenges, etc.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Bring your engineering expertise along with a drive for innovation to GDIT. The Software Developer Senior must have:
• Education: Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree
• Experience: 3+ years of related experience
• Technical skills: JavaScript, and Portal development using HTML/CSS, Angular JS, Jelly/XML.
• US citizenship required
• Role requirements: Agile, ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, Platform, SAM, HAM, and SPM, and APM

The likely salary range for this position is $136,000 - $184,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
