Senior Service Delivery Partner

About the role:

As a Senior Service Delivery Partner, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence and improving customer outcomes across the Service Delivery organization. Working as a senior individual contributor, you will lead process improvement initiatives, govern service delivery performance, manage customer risk, and support strategic transformation efforts. You will collaborate closely with Global Service Centers (GSCs), cross-functional teams, and customer-facing stakeholders to ensure consistent execution, effective governance, and sustainable operational improvements. Key Responsibilities:
  • Define, document, and continuously improve Service Delivery operating procedures.
  • Lead customer review cadences and governance routines to ensure operational consistency.
  • Track customer risk indicators and develop mitigation plans for at-risk customer situations.
  • Drive resolution of complex operational and customer issues through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Lead strategic operational projects, transformation initiatives, and change management activities.
  • Oversee GSC performance against SLAs and customer expectations, identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Support customer onboarding and implementation projects to ensure successful transitions into business-as-usual operations.

Salary: $87,000 - $95,000*

*The stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary and may be adjusted based on market conditions, experience, and location. Final compensation will be discussed directly with the selected candidate(s) in compliance with all applicable laws.
