Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Operations Technology including Terminal Operating Systems, PLC/SCADA, and industrial networks.
• Proven project management experience in complex technology environments like container terminals.
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes in dynamic settings.
• Strong stakeholder management and people leadership skills with a focus on organizational change.
• English proficiency and a valid TWIC card are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployment of Operations Technology products safely and within budget.
• Manage and develop a team while coordinating suppliers and project teams.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through problem-solving and process validation.
• Oversee planning, integration, testing, and support for technology deployments.
• Manage risks and ensure integrity and performance reporting of deployments.
• Ensure operational readiness through local training and capability building.
• Maintain support and management for deployed systems, including inventory and preventive maintenance.
