Position Summary

Odyssey has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Security Manager position supporting the ISR Sensors Division (AFLCMC/WIN) at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. WIN is part of the ISR/SOF Directorate (AFLCMC/WI), who is responsible for equipping our warfighters to win the fight. The Directorate executes a $22 billion acquisition portfolio developing, producing, testing, modifying, fielding, and supporting Air Force ISR and SOF platforms, and related sub-systems.

Responsibilities

Duties include, but not limited to: 

  • Serve as the technical expert for multiple specialized information Protection (IP) and acquisition security programs supporting major DoD and classified/highly sensitive USAF defense acquisition and intelligence programs.
  • Assist with providing a wide range of security management, analytical, technical and support services for programs managed by AFLCMC/WI Directorate, AFLCMC/WIN Division, and specific ISR programs.
  • Administer physical, information, industrial, personnel, and Operations Security (OPSEC) programs as applied to assigned acquisition activities/systems.
  • Provide guidance and assistance to integrated process teams in the areas of physical, information, industrial, personnel, operations, and applyexperience in the acquisitions security disciplines.
  • Assist with providing guidance, recommendations, and assistance to assigned Government SAP Security Officer (GSSO), program managers,supervisors, employees, acquisition SAPs and sensitive activities concerning SAP information,industrial and personnel security matters.
  • Administratively assist with the coordinationof Prime and Sub DD Form 254, DoD Contract Security Classification Specifications to theProgram Security Office (PSO).
  • Assist in managing a full range of Special Access Programs(SAP) IAW Joint Sap Implementation Guide (JSIG) Manuals and Interface Control Documents(ICDs) as applicable
  • Implement Air Force SAP Nomination Process (AFSAPNP) and ensure effective program implementation of the Joint Security ImplementationGuide/Risk Management Framework.
  • Assist with processing Program Access Requests (PARs) forthose requiring access to associated programs IAW AF SAPNP
  • Assist with maintaining internal PAR tracking system to ensure all required forms and documentation,including but not limited to letters of compelling need and waivers, are complete and accuratebefore submittal
  • Assist with ensuring completion of all associated in-processing and out-processing forms and that personnel beingdebriefed are advised of the protection requirements of information learned through associationwith the program

Education:

  • Masters or Doctorate Degree in a related field and 10 years of related experience 5 years of which must be in the DoD.
  • OR bachelors degree in a related field and 12 years of related experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, 5 of which must be in the DoD.
  • OR, 15 years of directly related experience, 8 of which must be in the DoD

  • Security Professional Education (SPED) Security Fundamentals Professional Certification
