Full Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide operational support and remain available for on-call major outage response and complex incident investigations involving Palo Alto Strata Cloud Manager.
  • Design, deploy, configure, and maintain the Palo Alto Strata Cloud Manager platform.
  • Manage and optimize enterprise cloud security policies, configurations, and operational health.
  • Develop integrations between Palo Alto Strata Cloud Manager and other cybersecurity technologies.
  • Serve as the primary technical liaison between internal teams and Palo Alto Support for escalations and issue resolution.
  • Design security solutions based on business requirements and security best practices.
  • Participate in Proof of Concepts (POCs), product evaluations, and technology assessments.
  • Evaluate emerging cybersecurity technologies and recommend improvements to the enterprise security architecture.
  • Assist with cybersecurity architecture, design documentation, technical standards, and security policies.
  • Support implementation of security controls across networking devices, operating systems, databases, and enterprise applications.
  • Participate in secure system development, testing, validation, and deployment activities.
  • Analyze security data, operational metrics, and testing results to identify risks and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, networking, cloud, and cybersecurity teams to protect enterprise environments.
  • Support and maintain Broadcom Blue Coat Secure Web Gateway (Proxy) solutions.
  • Produce technical documentation, operational procedures, and architecture documentation.
  • Communicate technical concepts effectively to technical teams, management, and executive leadership.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity engineering or network security.
  • Hands-on experience designing and administering Palo Alto Strata Cloud Manager.
  • Experience with Palo Alto Networks security platforms and cloud-delivered security services.
  • Experience supporting enterprise proxy technologies, including Broadcom Blue Coat Secure Web Gateway.
  • Experience integrating cybersecurity solutions using APIs and automation.
  • Strong understanding of:
