Full Job Description
The Cybersecurity Senior Engineer is a senior-level individual contributor responsible for the hands-on design, implementation, and enhancement of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions. This role applies deep technical expertise—particularly with IGA platforms such as SailPoint or Oracle—to manage identity lifecycle processes, access provisioning, and governance controls that strengthen security and compliance. The position focuses on executing and operationalizing secure, scalable solutions rather than owning enterprise strategy or people leadership, working closely with application, infrastructure, and security teams to translate requirements into reliable technical outcomes. Success in this role requires strong engineering judgment, practical experience with access management technologies, and the ability to influence through technical credibility while ensuring solutions align with architectural standards and business needs.
