Job Title: Senior Scientist, Systems Biology
Location: Cambridge, MA
Main Responsibilities:
- Analyze and leverage spatial and single-cell multiomic data to delineate pathogenic cell states and tissue microenvironments, generating actionable mechanistic insights and novel target hypotheses that directly inform drug discovery decisions.
- Design intelligent agentic workflows that streamline the deployment of innovative algorithms and computational models.
- Contribute to the evaluation and application of foundation models and virtual cell models to advance our understanding of disease biology.
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary and cross-functional teams, including biologists, chemists, data scientists, and other stakeholders.
- Lead and contribute to high-profile presentations and publications, ensuring effective communication of research findings and methodologies.
- Support the growth of the team by mentoring interns and junior scientists, sharing knowledge and fostering a collaborative research environment.
About You:
PhD completed by August 2026 in systems biology, computational biology, computer science, applied mathematics, or a related field with 0-3 years of relevant academic or industry experience.
Experience in analyzing cellular multiomic data in academia or industry using Python.
Hands-on experience building or deploying agentic analysis workflows.
Record of productivity, innovation, and impact, demonstrated through publications or patents.
Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, and teamwork skills, with a successful history of collaboration across analytical disciplines.

$100.500,00 - $145.166,66
