Full Job Description
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead RSCR Operations activities supporting Reference Standards and Critical Reagents inventory management, equipment and storage operations, material lifecycle oversight, and global distribution logistics.
  • Manage and develop the RSCR Operations team direct reports while fostering accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
  • Oversee inventory control, material receipt, storage, tracking, reconciliation, domestic and international distribution, and related documentation activities.
  • Ensure equipment qualification, calibration, preventive maintenance, monitoring, and storage chamber operations are completed in compliance with procedures and regulatory expectations.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for RSCR Operations, partnering with cross-functional and external stakeholders to support material availability, supply continuity, and business priorities.
  • Collaborate with Customs, Trade Compliance, Quality, EHS, and other functional teams to address regulatory, licensing, environmental, health, safety, and geopolitical considerations.
  • Identify, assess, escalate, and mitigate operational risks related to supply disruptions, inventory management, logistics, process constraints, and regulatory changes.
  • Support internal and external audits, inspections, investigations, GMP compliance, documentation integrity, and sustained inspection readiness.
  • Drive process improvements, workflow optimization, digital tool adoption, systems enhancements, and standardized practices to strengthen operational efficiency and data integrity.


Qualifications
  • The ideal candidate will have a BS or MS in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Pharmaceutical Scientific Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline, along with 5-10 years of experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
  • People leadership experience, including demonstrated success in coaching, developing, and leading operational teams, is desired.
  • The candidate should bring strong knowledge of pharmaceutical supply chain operations, including inventory management, material lifecycle processes, domestic and international distribution logistics, and GMP-regulated environments.
  • Preferred experience includes customs and trade compliance, cold-chain shipping, controlled storage operations, equipment qualification, calibration, and preventive maintenance programs.
  • The role also requires proficiency with ERP and inventory management systems, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to manage competing priorities in support of critical business timelines, and willingness to travel up to 5%.

Compensation Overview:

New Brunswick - NJ - US: $108,210 - $131,129

The starting pay range(s) listed above is for full-time employees (FTE). You may also be eligible for additional discretionary incentive cash and stock opportunities. We determine starting pay thoughtfully - carefully considering the nature of the role, required skills, work location, schedule and the knowledge and experience you bring. Final compensation is guided by pay equity principles and applicable employment laws. Compensation programs are reviewed on an ongoing basis and may be adjusted over time to reflect evolving market factors, and individual, team or Company performance.

Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, you may be eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefit plans - including wellbeing support, retirement and financial protection benefits, and insurance offerings (medical, dental, vision, life and disability).

U.S.-based exempt employees are eligible for Flexible Time Off (FTO), which provides paid time off without a set accrual limit, subject to manager approval, along with 11 paid company holidays each year.

Non-exempt employees, RayzeBio employees, and employees located in Puerto Rico receive 160 hours of paid vacation annually for new hires (subject to manager approval), 11 paid company holidays, and 3 optional holidays.

Depending on eligibility, employees may also have access to additional time-off benefits, including paid sick leave, up to two paid volunteer days per year, summer hours flexibility, and leaves of absence for medical, personal, parental, caregiver, bereavement, or military needs. Eligible employees also enjoy an annual Global Shutdown between Christmas Day and New Year's Day.
