Primary Responsibilities- Lead formulation and product-development projects from concept through commercialization.
- Design experiments and analyze data to guide technical decisions.
- Develop and optimize adhesive formulations for targeted performance requirements.
- Troubleshoot product, process, and application challenges.
- Collaborate with commercial, operations, sourcing, and regulatory teams.
- Provide technical guidance to customers and internal partners.
- Document results through reports, specifications, and technical presentations.
- Support innovation, intellectual property, and continuous-improvement initiatives.
Minimum Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Science, or related field.
- Relevant industrial experience in product development, formulation, or applied research.
- Demonstrated experience designing experiments and interpreting technical data.
- Ability to communicate technical findings to scientific and nontechnical audiences.
- Authorization to work in the applicable country without restriction, where required.
Preferred Requirements- Advanced degree in a relevant scientific or engineering discipline.
- Experience developing adhesives, polymers, coatings, or related materials.
- Experience leading technical projects through commercialization.
- Experience collaborating with customers and cross-functional teams.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.
The salary for this role is 105,000-135,000.
