Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled professional with excellent analytical and communication skills to provide schedule analysis support to the Assured Access to Space Chief Financial Officer organization and program leadership.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Government Program Office teams and contractors to assess IMS information for compliance and performance to program baselines.
- The Schedule Analyst will perform a wide variety of schedule management duties for Space Systems Command (SSC), Assured Access to Space programs.
- Responsible for development and integration of program and enterprise level schedule, schedule publishing, schedule analysis, and reporting of results to senior leadership.
Skills Required
- A minimum seven (7) years of EVM experience to include a minimum of four (4) years working in a space program environment. Familiarity with systems engineering principles and practices, experience with large-scale development and test programs, risk analysis, and cost estimating is a plus
- Launch and Range acquisition and execution experience is highly desired.
- Requires familiarity with schedule management best practices such as critical path methodology, schedule quality, and schedule execution metrics.
- Familiarity with the Planning & Scheduling Excellence Guide (PASEG), GAO Scheduling Assessment Guide, GAO Cost Estimating & Assessment Guide, NDIA Guide to Managing Program using Predictive Measures, Integrated Program Management Data Analysis Report (IPMDAR), and ANSl/EIA Standard 748
- Knowledge of the DCMA 14-Point Assessment. Must be proficient using MS Office Suite (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Project), OnePager Pro, and have strong verbal and written communications skills.
- Familiarity with Business Intelligence programs (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau), Systems Engineering practices and space systems development is a plus.
- Must be able to work autonomously as well as within a team/collaborative environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in math, business/economics, finance, accounting, engineering, or statistics
- U.S. citizenship required
- Minimum Secret security clearance required
Education
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in math, engineering, business, or the sciences.
