Must Have Technical/Functional Skill
Strong experience in Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud with primary focus on Application Onboarding.
Hands-on experience onboarding enterprise applications using REST API, LDAP, Database, SAP, Oracle, Active Directory and Azure AD connectors.
Experience in designing and configuring application onboarding lifecycle including account import, entitlement creation, role modelling and reconciliation.
Expertise in access request workflows, approval configurations and certification campaigns aligned to onboarded applications.
Strong understanding of entitlement mapping, SOD rules and governance controls for newly onboarded systems.
Experience integrating Saviynt with ServiceNow (Saviynt App for ServiceNow).
Proficiency in JSON, SQL and APIs along with RESTful services.
Experience in troubleshooting onboarding issues, reconciliation failures and data inconsistencies.
• Strong hands-on experience in Saviynt Application Onboarding lifecycle
• Experience onboarding applications using multiple connectors (API, LDAP, DB, SAP, AD, Azure)
• Ability to perform end-to-end onboarding: connection setup data import entitlement modelling workflow enablement
• Experience in account import, reconciliation jobs and troubleshooting onboarding failures
• Strong expertise in entitlement mapping, access modelling and role design
• Hands-on experience configuring access request workflows and certification campaigns
• Good experience in SOD configuration aligned to onboarded applications
• Experience in SaviyntServiceNow integration
• Strong knowledge of JSON, SQL and APIs
• Ability to debug, analyse and fix onboarding-related issues
Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills (especially with app owners)
Roles & Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end application onboarding in Saviynt for enterprise systems
• Configure connectors, connection parameters and data ingestion processes
• Perform account import, entitlement aggregation and reconciliation setup
• Design and implement entitlement structures, access models and roles
• Configure access request workflows and approval mechanisms for onboarded apps
• Implement certification campaigns and governance controls for newly onboarded applications
• Configure and manage SOD policies aligned to application onboarding scope
• Troubleshoot and resolve onboarding issues (job failures, data mismatch, reconciliation gaps)
• Collaborate with application owners, IAM architects and business stakeholders for onboarding requirements
• Support bulk onboarding or factory-based onboarding models where applicable
• Ensure onboarding meets governance, compliance and audit requirements
Provide regular updates on onboarding progress, risks and dependencies
Salary Range: $150,000-$160,000 a year
