Solution Design & Architecture

• Design scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, and other platform capabilities (including third party integration tools).

• Define technical architecture, data models, integration patterns, and security frameworks.

• Evaluate Jira Story requirements and translate them into sustainable technical designs.

• Lead technical design reviews and architecture discussions.

Advanced Development

• Develop complex Apex methods, Lightning Web Components, and flows.

• Design and implement integrations using REST, SOAP, middleware, and event-driven architectures.

• Optimize application performance, scalability, and maintainability.

• Provide thought leadership around release management and DevOps practices across environments.

Technical Leadership

• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical coaching.

• Harden development standards, code review processes, and recommend engineering best practices.

• Serve as a technical escalation point for complex production issues.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the Salesforce platform.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Partner with product managers, architects, business analysts, and leadership teams.

• Provide effort estimates, technical roadmaps, and implementation recommendations.

• Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Governance & Security

• Ensure platform compliance with enterprise security standards.

• Implement and maintain role hierarchies, sharing models, and permission frameworks.

• Guide platform governance, technical debt reduction, and release strategies.

• 6+ years of Salesforce development experience

• Salesforce Platform Developer II

• Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification preferred

• Experience leading technical projects and mentoring engineers

• Advanced Apex development

• Lightning Web Components (LWC)

• Salesforce integration architecture

• CI/CD and DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, Azure DevOps, etc.)

• Event-driven and API-based integrations

• Data modeling and platform optimization

• Enterprise architecture and system design
