Qualifications

• 8+ years as a Salesforce Developer with 2-3 years on Omnistudio
• 5+ years of experience with Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, Salesforce APIs, and LWCs
• 1 year of experience in public sector solutions, particularly Grants Management, is a plus
• Proven ability to guide teams in resolving Omnistudio public sector product issues
• Experience in data migration and designing solutions on the Omnistudio Public Sector Foundation platform
• Experience in developing Experience Cloud sites is required
• Salesforce Developer Certifications (PDI/PDII) mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, Flow, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Omnistudio Components
• Conduct code reviews and serve as a technical lead when assigned
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs and middleware
• Apply DevOps practices and manage CI/CD using tools like Gearset or Copado
• Utilize Salesforce data loader and workbench for efficient data management
• Define, approve, and ensure requirements are met in line with agency application development standards
• Collaborate with business personnel to thoroughly define and approve requirements
• Conduct impact analysis to identify system interdependencies and assist with design reviews
• Execute Salesforce admin tasks including user support, security management, and process automation
• Support software deployments in both non-production and production environments.
