  • Oversee all technical aspects of Salesforce including data migrations, systems integrity, third-party applications, and AppExchange products.
  • Develop and test new functionality, customizations, and enhancements, and evaluate new Salesforce releases to assess impact across affected departments and users.
  • Work with the Learning Centre to develop training materials and provide ongoing training and support to Salesforce end users.
  • Mentor and guide team members, helping to define standards and elevate overall team capabilities within the Business Systems function.
What you'll bring to the role:

  • 7+ years of Salesforce Administration experience, with demonstrated involvement in design or advisory roles across large-scale, multi-department platform implementations.
  • Strong understanding of business process reengineering and change management principles, with the ability to translate business requirements into structured technical solutions.

  • Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization clearly, concisely, and confidently.
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools in a meaningful, enterprise-relevant way; familiarity with the Google Workspace ecosystem is a strong asset.
  • A strong sense of accountability, policy adherence, and data security practices, with experience operating in organizations that take privacy and compliance seriously.
  • Post-secondary Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management of Information Technology, or a related field; experience in an Agile/SCRUM environment is highly valued.
