The Opportunity:

As a Senior Sales Representative for British Columbia, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth across an established but underdeveloped territory, strengthening existing customer relationships, recapturing lost market share, and identifying new business opportunities throughout the province.

This is an ideal opportunity for a relationship-driven sales professional who enjoys spending time in front of customers, building strategic partnerships, and creating long-term value within distributor and industrial channels. The successful candidate will have the autonomy to manage their territory while benefiting from the support of an experienced national sales leadership team and a well-established product portfolio.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Managing and growing an established territory throughout British Columbia, with a focus on driving revenue growth and increasing market share
  • Building and strengthening relationships with existing distributors, wholesalers, and industrial supply partners
  • Identifying and securing new business opportunities within industrial distribution channels across the province
  • Developing and executing territory-specific sales and growth strategies
  • Re-establishing customer relationships and expanding market presence throughout underserved regions, including the Interior of British Columbia
  • Conducting regular customer visits, presentations, product demonstrations, and business reviews
  • Collaborating with internal customer service, operations, and leadership teams to ensure exceptional customer support and execution
  • Utilizing CRM tools to effectively manage customer activity, opportunities, forecasts, and sales pipelines
  • Monitoring competitive activity, market trends, and customer needs while providing ongoing market intelligence to leadership
  • Contributing to product, promotional, and marketing initiatives designed to support territory growth
What You'll Need To Be Successful:

  • 5+ years of progressive B2B sales experience, ideally within PPE, industrial safety products, industrial distribution, workwear, construction supply, or related sectors
  • Demonstrated success growing territory revenue and developing long-term customer relationships
  • Experience managing distributor, dealer, wholesale, or channel partner relationships
  • Strong business development capabilities, including prospecting, relationship building, and closing new opportunities
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • A self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently across a large geographic territory
  • Strong organizational skills and experience utilizing CRM systems to manage sales activity and customer engagement
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout British Columbia

Compensation: Base Salary of $80,000 - $100,000 with an OTE of $160,000+ for a top performer.
