The Opportunity:

We are working with a well respected home builder in the Burlington Ontario area seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and elevate sales performance in a fast-paced residential home sales environment. This role will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, overseeing community launches, and building strong relationships with clients and broker networks. The ideal candidate brings strong market insight, leadership capability, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute sales goals and strategies for launches, grand openings, and new community sales offices
  • Oversee sales releases, model homes, and sales centre operations to ensure a high standard of presentation and customer experience
  • Manage and nurture online leads through the CRM platform, maintaining accurate and up-to-date prospect data
  • Administer and maintain the third-party sales platform, including pricing, lot matrices, APS schedules, and reporting accuracy
  • Collaborate with the Corporate Marketing Team on social media content, campaigns, and maintaining the content calendar
  • Ensure brand standards and signage are consistent and reflect a high level of visual excellence
  • Review Agreements of Purchase and Sale (APS) and amendments for accuracy and completeness
  • Manage and update APS documentation, schedules, and the overall sales document library
  • Oversee the timely processing of paperwork and coordination between sales offices and head office
  • Provide ongoing administrative and operational support to the sales team, including pricing packages and documentation
  • Maintain inventory of sales and marketing assets to support active sales programs
  • Conduct competitive market research, including attending competitor sales events and analyzing market trends
  • Collect and maintain sales data to support reporting and future strategy development

What You'll Need to Be Successful:

  • 5+ years of experience in residential home sales
  • Post-secondary education in business, sales, marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Strong proficiency with CRM systems and sales software tools (SaleFish experience is an asset)
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Proven experience leading and executing successful sales program launches
  • Strong understanding of the real estate sales process and associated legal documentation (including APS)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with strong attention to detail

Compensation Range: $100,000-$120,000
