About the Role:
The Sr. Sales Programs Analyst supports the development, execution, and measurement of sales programs designed to accelerate pipeline growth, improve seller productivity, and drive revenue outcomes. This role partners with Sales Programs leaders, Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations, Marketing, Enablement, and Sales stakeholders to coordinate program activities, analyze performance results, and identify opportunities to improve program effectiveness. The Sr. Sales Programs Analyst is responsible for gathering and interpreting sales and pipeline data, tracking program performance, maintaining reporting and dashboards, and helping ensure successful execution of sales initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with project coordination skills and a passion for improving sales performance through data-driven insights. Works under general supervision while developing expertise in sales programs, pipeline generation, sales performance management, and go-to-market execution.

Responsibilities:

Sales Program Support and Execution
  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of sales programs designed to drive pipeline generation, opportunity progression, and revenue growth.
  • Assist in developing program plans, timelines, communications, and performance tracking mechanisms.
  • Coordinate program activities across Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Business Development, and Enablement teams.
  • Help ensure programs are executed on schedule and aligned with defined objectives and success criteria.
  • Maintain program documentation, calendars, and operating rhythms.


Pipeline Analysis and Performance Reporting
  • Analyze pipeline, activity, conversion, and sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of concern.
  • Create and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reports that track program effectiveness.
  • Monitor key performance indicators including pipeline generated, pipeline influenced, opportunity progression, sales activity, conversion rates, and seller engagement.
  • Validate data quality and ensure reporting accuracy across program metrics.
  • Prepare regular performance updates and recommendations for stakeholders.


Sales Team and Stakeholder Partnership
  • Support Sales Leaders by providing program status updates, reporting, and performance insights.
  • Assist in identifying pipeline generation opportunities across customer segments, territories, industries, and products.
  • Participate in business reviews and planning meetings to gather feedback and communicate program results.
  • Help sales teams understand program objectives, processes, and reporting.


Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations, Marketing, Enablement, and Business Development teams to support coordinated go-to-market execution.
  • Assist with translating marketing campaigns into actionable sales motions and seller activities.
  • Partner with Enablement teams to support development and distribution of sales materials, communications, and training resources.
  • Capture and share program best practices and lessons learned.


Governance and Continuous Improvement
  • Support program governance activities, including tracking milestones, risks, dependencies, and action items.
  • Monitor program adoption and collect feedback from stakeholders and sales teams.
  • Identify opportunities to improve program execution, reporting, and operational processes.
  • Document process improvements and program outcomes.
  • Contribute to a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision making.


Qualifications:

Education
  • Bachelor's degree required.


Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Programs, Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Development, Demand Generation, Field Marketing, or Sales Enablement.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales motions, ideally in SaaS, cloud, enterprise technology, or a high-growth commercial environment.
  • Experience analyzing sales, pipeline, customer, or operational performance data.
  • Familiarity with B2B sales processes and revenue-generating organizations.
  • Experience creating reports, dashboards, and business insights using CRM and analytics tools.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce, Power BI, Excel, or similar reporting platforms.


Compensation:
$71,300.00 - $124,500.00 USD

This role is eligible for Bonus.

Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position. Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location.
