As a Senior Sales Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team and collaborate with various departments throughout the hotel or resort to ensure the best possible experience for our guests.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of proven sales experience with a minimum of 2 years in upscale hotel or hospitality sales
- Strong understanding of negotiation and interpretation of contracts
- Demonstrate exceptional professional polish and presence befitting a luxury 4-diamond property
- Proactive sales approach, assertive and fast paced, driven to succeed
- Ability to communicate effectively with public and other Team Members
- Proficiency with hospitality management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong time management skills
- Understanding of respective market segment, competitors strengths, weaknesses, trends, supply and demand
