We're seeking an ambitious, results-driven Senior Sales Manager ready to make an impact in a fast-paced, upscale hospitality environment. In this role, you'll drive revenue growth and expand our premium client base by leveraging exceptional customer service, strategic sales planning, and high-impact relationship building with corporate and leisure markets. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team and collaborate with various departments throughout the hotel or resort to ensure the best possible experience for our guests.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of proven sales experience with a minimum of 2 years in upscale hotel or hospitality sales
  • Strong understanding of negotiation and interpretation of contracts
  • Demonstrate exceptional professional polish and presence befitting a luxury 4-diamond property
  • Proactive sales approach, assertive and fast paced, driven to succeed
  • Ability to communicate effectively with public and other Team Members
  • Proficiency with hospitality management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong time management skills
  • Understanding of respective market segment, competitors strengths, weaknesses, trends, supply and demand
